‘Private Practice’ Follows ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Starting Tonight

Finally, the match-up fans have been waiting for since the Addison-centric Grey’s Anatomy spinoff Private Practice was first announced.
Beginning tonight at 10:01pm EST, the younger show will begin airing immediately after its predecessor. I’m eager to see if the move leads to improved ratings for one or both series.
