If you’re in the United States, then you probably know that Monday, September 1, is Labor Day.
As is customary, a number of networks have scheduled marathons of popular TV shows to keep couch potatoes very, very happy, especially fans of women-friendly shows. Here’s some of the good stuff hitting the tube this holiday weekend.
Saturday […]

Since the only episodes of Army Wives coming on tonight are repeats (”The Hero Returns” at 9pm EST and “Uncharted Territory” at 10pm, according to Lifetime’s schedule, although other TV guides list the most recent two episodes), I thought I’d share a section of a script for an upcoming episode to keep fans happy.
The material […]

There’s a new episode of Army Wives on August 17 with the well-chosen title “Mothers and Wives.” And as reported last month, there’s a big guest star to go along with it, namely Academy Award nominee Marsha Mason.
Mason plays the mother of Claudia Joy, who immediately becomes suspicious when one of her parents shows […]

Most writers aren’t framing the news quite as bluntly as the title, but that’s what it all boils down to: Army Wives creator and executive producer Katherine Fugate has been fired.
I actually thought this was a big deal, until I read the report at Entertainment Weekly. Apparently, the top spots at Lifetime’s massive […]

Call me confused. Multiple sources are claiming that there’s no new episode of Army Wives tomorrow night and that “Duplicity” won’t premiere until next Sunday, August 17.
However, Lifetime’s website lists “Duplicity” for tomorrow, August 10, at 10pm EST and no new episode (yet) for August 17. I guess we won’t know for sure […]

Cypress plays a reporter […]

Lifetime recently posted an interesting behind-the-scenes style Army Wives video at the network’s YouTube channel. It’s called Army Advisors on the Set, which pretty much explains what the footage concerns: how assorted real-life military members contribute to help make what we see on Army Wives as authentic and accurate as possible.
Take a look after […]

This episode of Army Wives has so much going on I can barely believe the showrunners managed to squeeze in all of the separate plotlines.
Chase and some of his Delta Force colleagues are arrested, leaving Pamela stunned and confused. It’s easy to feel for her, especially since the military […]

The July 27 episode of Army Wives is called “Loyalties,” and it’s not going to be kind to many of our favorite military spouses. As a result, I think the title refers to the support system the affected characters are going to find themselves needing … and receiving.
The specific trouble on the horizon includes […]

Now that the Hump Bar is about to reopen as Betty’s Bar & Grill on Army Wives, the new spot is causing issues for many people. They include poor Roxy, who’s frazzled beyond belief trying to pass inspections and get everything up to speed before the grand reopening. […]
