SOAPnet Relaunch Giveaway at Grrl TV
SOAPnet.com recently relaunched with the goal of offering an expanded variety of entertainment options beyond soap operas, such as news about stars, pop culture, beauty, and fashion. The website also has coverage of many more TV series, including popular primetime fare ranging from ABC’s current dramedy Desperate Housewives to the iconic 1990s teen drama Beverly Hills, 90210.
Grrl TV is helping to celebrate the SOAPnet relaunch with a giveaway featuring lots of goodies as prizes. Two lucky winners will receive a combination of two of the following items:

- $25 Barney’s Gift Card
- $15 iTunes Gift Card
- $15 Pinkberry Gift Card
Entering the giveaway couldn’t be easier, either. Simply leave a comment on this post and share why you like your favorite star or celebrity. Make sure to use a valid email address, and, please, only one entry per person.
The giveaway will close at 11:59pm EST on Monday, August 18th, and two winners, who must be residents of the United States, will be randomly selected after the deadline. Good Luck!

I love Tony Shalhoub. He does such a great job of being a germ fanatic that you can almost believe he really is Monk. I loved it when the series showed how much he loved his wife and how broken up he was when she died. It really brought me to tears.

My favorite female celebrity is Kate Hudson. She is smart, gorgeous, she has a real sense of humor and she is funny, she has the most impeccable sense of style, and she seems down to earth and approachable. You never hear negative news about her behavior, she seems very grounded and has a true sense of who she is. I feel she is a great role model and represents the good in young Hollywood.

I like Christina Applegate because she seems to be so cool and is a really good actress. She can take on a variety of roles and do well with them. I also appreciate how well she dances. I admire how she is battling cancer and how she supports cancer causes. I’ve looked up to her for awhile now. I think she is a good role model for young women.
