Marsha Mason an ‘Army Wives’ Momma
This August, Lifetime’s hit military drama Army Wives will welcome an incredible guest star, namely Goodbye Girl Marsha Mason.
The veteran actress will play Charlotte Meade, the mother of dear Claudia Joy (Kim Delaney). Attentive viewers already know/suspect that CJ is from one of those well-off families where effective communication skills aren’t much of a priority, so the reportedly problematic relationship between the two women shouldn’t come as a surprise.
Once again, through stellar casting, Lifetime shows just how committed the network is to making Army Wives an enduring property. Look for Mason to loan her commanding presence to the series for two episodes.
