In Plain Sight: ‘Stan By Me’ Spoilers (8-10-08)
The August 10 episode of In Plain Sight is called “Stan By Me,” and Stan refers to Mary and Marshall’s boss Stan McQueen (Paul Ben-Victor), who I’m guessing is going to be the big hero. It’s about time he got the chance to do more than hang out in their drab offices.
The main action in the plot revolves around two kidnappings, Mary’s and that of her sister Brandi’s elusive New Jersey-based boyfriend Chuck. Federal agents will somehow tie the two disappearances together, leading to a nationwide search for both hostages.
On the much, much lighter side, the sisters’ mother Jinx (Lesley Ann Warren) finally auditions for that local production of Sweet Charity. Since Warren is no stranger to that type of entertainment in real life, it will be nice to see her in theatrical mode.
In Plain Sight airs Sundays on USA at 10pm EST.
