In Plain Sight: Season Finale ‘A Fine Meth’ (8-17-08)

by Chandra on August 17th, 2008

Frederick Weller, Mary McCormack/In Plain SightThe first-season finale for In Plain Sight has arrived, and it has the typically fun title “A Fine Meth.”

There won’t be much fun during the episode itself, however, since the plot will pick up where we left off on the previous episode “Stan By Me.” That’s where viewers saw the brutal kidnapping of both Mary and Chuck, her sister Brandi’s no-good boyfriend.

Next, as Stan and Marshall try to convince drug dealer Spanky to come clean and relieve the younger Shannons of any guilt in the drug case, Mary attempts to salvage her career, which is predictably threatened by all of this nonsense.

Unfortunately, she manages to get caught — by the FBI, no less — in her own driveway with Chuck and Brandi’s suitcase of meth in her car. Good thing there’s a second season already in the works so we can learn how/if Mary will ever restore her credibility in her line of work.

In Plain Sight airs Sundays on USA at 10pm EST.
