Flashback: Cynthia Nixon Talks ‘Sex and the City’

Native New Yorker Cynthia Nixon was the fourth and final star from Sex and the City: The Movie to stop by Live with Regis and Kelly. Her appearance was on the Friday the movie opened, so by that time, the grand premiere to-do was over, prompting Kelly Ripa to ask how the actresses managed to look so beautiful during the event after getting dressed around their children.

Guest co-host Pat Sajak was back for another day, and he, Nixon, and Ripa also discussed the actress’ ability to lead a normal life in New York, her brush with breast cancer, the SATC cutting room floor, and her future awards plans now that she has both an Emmy and a Tony. Nixon answered every question she was asked, but it’s clear preventing breast cancer through early detection with mammograms is a very personal cause for her.

Of course, she also brought along another clip from the movie, and it was played following her description of where Miranda is in life four years later. Take a look in the videos below.
