Fear Itself: Cynthia Watros Gets ‘Spooked’
One of the actresses I always enjoy seeing on television is lovely and talented Cynthia Watros.
We recently had the chance to enjoy her contributions to the ABC hit Lost, where she played castaway Libby. Before that, she also co-starred as Kellie Newmark on the long-running sitcom The Drew Carey Show.
Tonight at 10pm EST, Watros appears in the second installment of NBC’s new horror-suspense anthology series Fear Itself, where she plays a character named Meredith. The episode is called “Spooked,” and if it lives up to its name, we’ll be just that.
Leading the cast is Eric Roberts, brother of movie star Julia, of course, who portrays a private investigator literally forced to face his demons during a stakeout in a haunted house.
“Spooked” is directed by Brad Anderson (The Machinist) and written by Matt Venne (White Noise 2: The Light). Hulu has an interview video with the episode’s cast, which is very informative, even if Watros isn’t in it. Take a look after the jump.
