Tonight (May 30) at 9pm ET, Lifetime finally launches the new miniseries Maneater, which Grrl TV reported on earlier when the network first announced that Scrubs veteran and occasional How I Met Your Mother guest star Sarah Chalke had signed on as the lead. Joining her for the four-hour, two-part event are Gregory Harrison (Trapper John, M.D.), Maria Conchita Alonso (The Running Man), Garcelle Beauvais (NYPD Blue), and Judy Greer (27 Dresses), among others.

NBC has something nice up its sleeve tonight for TV viewers seeking a little medieval entertainment mixed with familiar faces. Who wouldn’t want some of that?
Mira Sorvino, a Best Supporting Actress Academy Award winner for Mighty Aphrodite, will headline the network’s four-hour, two-part miniseries The Last Templar when it takes off tonight, January 25, at 9pm EST.

Gigi Levangie Grazer, the author who penned the hugely popular novel that The Starter Wife is based upon, has another best-seller heading to the tube. Next year, Lifetime will present a four-hour mini-series adapted from Grazer’s 2006 success Maneater.
Cast in the lead role of self-involved 31-year-old socialite Clarissa Alpert is former Roseanne and current Scrubs star Sarah Chalke. Tonight at 8pm EST, Lifetime will present the network’s latest original movie, Coco Chanel. The three-hour rags-to-riches biopic chronicles the life of legendary French haute-couturier pioneer Gabrielle "Coco" Chanel, creator of the ubiquitous fragrance Chanel No. 5, not to mention an immediately recognizable signature fashion style.

Did you know that Sex and the City star Kristin Davis is the face of an Israeli cosmetic line called AHAVA Dead Sea? Yeah — me neither, but she is. And in June, the actress traveled to the country to participate in a photo shoot and promotional campaign for the products.

When Alexis Bledel, Amber Tamblyn, America Ferrera, and Blake Lively, the four stars of The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2, visited Good Morning America on August 4, photographers took tons of photos (watch the interview).

Gossip Girl star and recent multiple Teen Choice Awards recipient Blake Lively made a stop at the ABC news program Good Morning America today to promote her new movie The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2.
