‘Angel’ Vet Alexis Denisof on ‘Private Practice’
Last week, the excellent news spread that Buffy the Vampire Slayer alumna and current How I Met Your Mother star Alyson Hannigan is pregnant with her and her actor husband Alexis Denisof’s first child.
Now, TV Guide reports Denisof, probably best known to television viewers as haughty Buffyverse ex-watcher Wesley Wyndam-Pryce, will guest star on the November 19 episode of Private Practice called “Serving Two Masters.”
He plays an expectant father who seeks care at Oceanside Wellness for one mother too many. In other words, his character would be perfectly at home on HBO’s polygamy-happy Big Love.
Dubious marriage principles aside, it’s great to learn one of my favorite American “Brits” will return to the small screen soon.
