Ghost Whisperer: ‘The Book of Changes’ Season Finale
This week has been overflowing with finales, but we’re down to just two now: Sunday’s two-hour Desperate Housewives event and tonight’s (May 15) Ghost Whisperer fourth-season closer called “The Book of Changes.” And, don’t worry, Team Melinda fans. Although the paranormal chiller hasn’t been officially renewed for Season Five yet, only the end of the world or the complete and shocking collapse of CBS could prevent it from happening.
During the episode, Melinda begins to worry about her unborn child after a typically unexpected visit from a ghost. Guest stars include Bruce Davison (Close to Home, The L Word) as Josh Bedford and David Clennon (Once and Again, thirtysomething) reprising his role as Carl Sessick, also known as Carl The Watcher.

I have been searching for the song played in the last scene where Melinda and Jim get married.
My search has come up with a song named Lovely by Alice Peacock, but when I go to listen to her song (withc is actually called Love) is it not the same song played in the episode.
Does anyone know the actual name and artist ?
