Desperate Housewives: ‘Marry Me a Little’ Preview
There are just three more episodes left in the current fifth season of ABC’s Desperate Housewives, and two of them make up the two-hour May 17th season-finale event.
First, this weekend, on May 10th, the network will present “Marry Me a Little.” Best of all for Gale Harold fans is the actor returns to play Jackson Braddock.
Every day is a masquerade on “Marry Me a Little” as:
Bree desperately — no word games intended — attempts to hide what she’s up to from Orson.
Susan and Jackson fake it for “the authorities.”
Tom shocks Lynette with his efforts to look younger.
Katherine remains dishonest with Mike out of fear of losing him.
And Crazy Dave gets anxious when he realizes there’s somebody out there who has witnessed his bizarre, criminal behavior. Good!
A sneak peek at the episode called Ransack is after the jump, and it features Bree and Susan’s ex-hubby Karl staging a fake robbery at the Hodge home.
Karl — one of my favorite Wisteria Lane men — is played by actor Richard Burgi, of course, and he’s currently doing some nice work starring in the CBS murder mystery Harper’s Island as a much different (and richer), more brutal kind of person. Consider checking that show out, too, if you’re not watching already and thrillers are your style.
Desperate Housewives airs Sundays on ABC at 9pm EST.
