During tonight’s “In My Humbolt Opinion,” the second Season Two episode of USA Network’s In Plain Sight, U.S. Marshal Mary Shannon finds herself in another mess when a critical witness is unable to testify unless he’s allowed to use marijuana to help neutralize his severe Anxiety Disorder.
