Follow ‘Damages’ Patty Hewes on Twitter
It’s true — apparently FX’s Damages has gone all Web 2.0 and whatnot, so fans really can follow Glenn Close’s master manipulator character Patty Hewes on Twitter.
Yesterday, I decided to plug a recent IGN TV interview with Damages’ Close and creators and executive producers Todd A. Kessler and Daniel Zellman through my Twitter account. Soon afterwards, someone named Patty Hewes started following me, and I immediately returned the favor.
I wasn’t going to write about this at all until earlier today, when Patty tweeted the following gem:
Getting ready for appearance on “Live with Regis & Kelly.” Promoting my charity requires insipid conversations with vapid talk show hosts.
Ouch! And, she’s also handing out some sarcastic zingers to the courageous few who dare to directly engage with her. Great to see the conniving lawyer has a sense of humor, albeit twisted and very much condescending.
