Ugly Betty — The Manhattan Project
Betty decides what to do with her life, Ignacio begins a new job at a fast food joint, and Wilhelmina manipulates Daniel into making some changes. The season premiere is the first episode of the series since the pilot filmed entirely in New York, and guest stars include Lindsay Lohan as Kimmie and Regis Philbin and Kelly Ripa as themselves.

Grey’s Anatomy — Dream a Little Dream of Me, Parts 1 & 2
The two-hour season premiere finds Meredith and Derek realizing their relationship still requires work, Christina noticing a military doctor (Kevin McKidd, Journeyman) who brings in a trauma patient, and hospital staff learning the sobering news that Seattle Grace is no longer nationally ranked as a top-tier teaching hospital. Kathy Baker, Mariette Hartley, and Bernadette Peters guest star.
