Gossip Girl: Season Two Premiere Preview
After all of the heavy promotion and fan speculation over the last few months, the second season of Gossip Girl finally opens tonight at 8pm EST on The CW. The first episode, set in New York’s posh Hamptons community, is “Summer, Kind of Wonderful.”
As summer ends in the Hamptons, Serena and Nate pretend they’re a couple in order to hide Nate’s relationship with a married older woman played by guest star Mädchen Amick. Meanwhile, Blair returns to the States with a new cutie (guest star Patrick Heusinger), which makes Chuck jealous.
Dan also arrives at the Hamptons after spending the summer working for a famous author (guest star Jay McInerney). And Jenny uses her internship at Eleanor Waldorf’s company to invite herself to the popular White Party, where Eric introduces her to socialite Tinsley Mortimer.
