Swingtown: ‘Friends with Benefits’ Spoilers (7-10-08)
What an enticing title, huh? It seems to indicate that on “Friends with Benefits,” the July 10 episode of Swingtown, there’s going to be some hooking up between pals going on, probably involving Trina Decker and her high school sweetheart.
When Trina’s old flame gets into the picture somehow, Tom becomes understandably jealous, while across the street, Susan has to deal with Janet showing her up at a special luncheon.
Since CBS isn’t releasing previews for the series — not a wise move, in my opinion — we’ll have to make do with the following scene clipped from last week’s surprisingly good episode “Go Your Own Way.” You know — it was the one about the famous porn star and his famous porn flick. Take a look…

is Melinda on tonight’s epidose the same girl that plays on gossip girl??? on gossip girl her name is Michelle Trachtenberg in real life, can anyone help I can’t place her face?

No, that’s not Michelle. I know her from somewhere too, but that’s not her…I’ve been trying to figure out where she’s from.
Melinda is played by actress Rachelle Lefevre, who was Dana Strickland on Boston Legal and Heather on What About Brian.
She’s also had small roles on a *lot* of other popular TV shows, including Veronica Mars, CSI: NY, How I Met Your Mother, and The Closer. That’s probably why she looks so vaguely familiar.
