‘Battlestar Galactica’ Star Lucy Lawless at Comic-Con 2008
Last Thursday, Battlestar Galactica Cylon and former Xena: Warrior Princess star Lucy Lawless appeared at Comic-Con International, which is currently underway in San Diego, California. She participated in a panel presentation celebrating women in the science-fiction and horror entertainment genres who regularly make us Scream Like a Girl.
The discussion was moderated by Clerks mastermind Kevin Smith, and it also featured some prime female company for Lawless: producer extraordinaire Gale Ann Hurd (Terminator 2: Judgment Day, The Terminator, and Aliens, among many others), Sin City and forthcoming The Spirit actress Jaime King, and Y: The Last Man comic-book illustrator Pia Guerra.
