She auditioned for the “So You Think You Can Dance” television show in Los Angeles. Additional auditions with thousands of other hopeful candidates were held in major cities throughout the country. She was one of 200 dancers selected to advance to the next level of competition held in Las Vegas. After a week of grueling competition, 20 dancers remained.
