In Plain Sight: ‘Trojan Horst’ Spoilers (6-22-08)
The June 22 episode of In Plain Sight is the one everybody’s been talking about because it features wildly and deservedly popular Kids in the Hall veteran Dave Foley. His name alone brings a lot to the show, and his performance will only deepen that impact.
On “Trojan Horst,” Foley plays Mary Shannon’s next witness, of course, an alleged entertainment agent named Horst Vanderhoff who also happens to work for a notorious hit woman with the alluring alias Lola. Horst manages to get himself on the wrong side of the law, which then gets him on the wrong side of deadly Lola when the Feds remove him from decent society.
That wouldn’t be such a big deal, if not for Mary and her partner Marshall’s great misfortune being around when Lola strikes back. One of the agents ends up wounded as a result, and Horst’s life becomes even more endangered.
Can Mary save the day? Well, of course she can (Duh!), but the fun part will be seeing how she does it.
