Army Wives: ‘The Messenger’ Spoilers (6-22-08)
I’m really looking forward to “The Messenger,” the June 22 episode of Army Wives, even more than usual simply because Roxy’s youngest son, adorable little sweetheart Finn (John White Jr.), is going to have a fairly major storyline … developing a crush on Claudia Joy! Awww, isn’t that the cutest?! I swear — every time he comes on-screen, I instantly get happier.
Other subplots are far less innocent and lighthearted, however. Denise will encounter and begin to develop a relationship with Mac, a soldier who lost both of his legs while serving in the war, while Pamela will have to cope with her husband Chase up and leaving yet again, as well as the difficulty their daughter Katie (Chloe J. Taylor) will have with his departure.
I must say it’s nice to see the youngest cast members playing a greater role in an episode, no matter what the issue involved is. I hope this is a new trend.
Army Wives airs Sundays on Lifetime at 10pm EST.
